| Abstract: | Kuihuauyu can be better developed to widen the products for condiment industry. The producing method, operating points and quality standards of sauce Kuihuayu are introduced. The main operating points and the ingredients ratio of several special sauce Kuihuayu products, such as Kuihuayu of spicy style ,light spicy style ,hot spicy style and sweet spicy style are introduced as well. |
