摘    要:为了充分利用葵花芋,为调味品行业增加新品种提供加工技术,介绍了酱葵花芋的制作方法、操作要点和质量标准。同时还介绍了香辣型、淡辣型、麻辣型和甜辣型等几种风味葵花芋的操作要点和配料比。

Abstract:Kuihuauyu can be better developed to widen the products for condiment industry. The producing method, operating points and quality standards of sauce Kuihuayu are introduced. The main operating points and the ingredients ratio of several special sauce Kuihuayu products, such as Kuihuayu of spicy style ,light spicy style ,hot spicy style and sweet spicy style are introduced as well.
