摘    要:研究了TAI钛在不同体系中的微了子体氧化特点,确定了对于TAI钛合适的微等离子体氧化电解液--偏铝酸钠-次磷酸盐体系,分析了在不同的电流密度及NaAlO2浓度下,氧化过程的特点及膜的抗点腐蚀能力。经X射线衍射分析,膜层主要由Al2TiO5和TiO2组成。

Abstract:The microplasma oxidation characteristic of TA1 Ti in different electrolyte system was studied, and as the suitable electrolyte system of microplasma oxidation the hypophosphitemetaaluminate was defined. The characteristic of oxidation processes and the pitting corrosion resistance of this ceramic film were analyzed at different current density and NaAlO_2 concentration. The film was found to be a mixture of Al_2TiO_5 and TiO_2 by Xray diffraction (XRD).
