高性能多通道球栅尺数显表设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于FPGA+ARM结构的球栅尺数显表系统,所设计的数显表支持模拟球栅尺读数头和数字球栅尺读数头,并具有自动识别功能。单表可以同时支持4路读数头工作,每路都可以通过系统参数配置来匹配所连接的不同类型的读数头。测试结果表明,多通道数显表达到1μm分辨率,3m量程的测量误差在±10μm范围内,且数值显示稳定,跟踪速度快。同时支持零点搜索和掉电自动追数等多种实用功能,满足高精度数控机床的应用需求。

Abstract:A scale ball grid DRO system based on FPGA + ARM structure is designed, which supports both analog and digital reading head of ball grid scale and has automatic recognition. One DRO can drive four reading heads, each can be configured by the system pa-rameter to match the connected reading head of different types. Test results show that the DRO reaches 1 m resolution, 3 m of range measurement error within ± 10 μm, and the numerical display is stable and the tracking speed is quickly. DRO also supports a variety of useful features, such as zero search and automatic recovery from unexpected power down; it meets the application requirements of high-precision CNC machine
