多层Al-Ti复合板爆炸焊接实验研究

摘    要:简要介绍了爆炸焊接生成多层复合板的机理及界面构型。以爆炸焊接生成轻质、高强Al Ti多层复合板为例,对爆炸焊接的实验装置、利用光学显微镜、显微硬度计和拉伸试验检验所生成的复合板的性能进行了详细论述。实验结果表明,焊接的多层复合板中各层都有硬化效果,钛层比较明显,并且新材料的强度和重量比与纯钛板较为接近。

THE APPROXIMATE SOLUTION OF PIPE DRIVEN BY DETONATION BASED ON THE THEORY OF DE LAVAL NOZZLE
Abstract:The motion of circular pipe driven by sliding detonation was compared with the exhaust part of de Laval nozzle.Based on the one-dimensional theory of de Laval nozzle,the two-dimensional formula for the motion of circular pipe driven by sliding detonation was deduced out.For those explosives that the polytropic exponent γ is not equal to 3,the little-parameter-disturbed method was introduced to solute the problem.As a result,the calculation proved that theoretical solution has a higher precise in the range of little bending angle.
