破碎机锤轴转动对爆炸过程影响的数值模拟 |

摘 要: | 为了研究破碎机内部锤轴转动对爆炸过程的影响,以常见的易燃、易爆气体甲烷作为模型气体,利用数值模拟软件Fluent模拟破碎机内的爆炸。采用滑移网格模型,从爆炸过程中压力变化、火焰扩散效应两个方面研究了锤轴转动对爆炸过程的影响。结果表明:锤轴转动对爆炸产生最大压力的影响可以忽略,但锤轴转速越快,达到最大压力的时间越短,最大压力上升速率越大;锤轴转速越快,破碎机内部气体流动越快,火焰扩散效应越明显,完成爆炸的时间越短。

Abstract: | According to the actual condition of high bench in open cut coal mines and similarity law,a similarity model of high bench casting blast experiment was built and similarity constant was deduced.The single-hole casting blast experiment was conducted in lab.The formation process of blasting crater was observed and the casting velocity and its distribution rule was analyzed.The experiment indicates that the part simulating coal layer was not damaged to some extent,and suggests that less-deep protection layer should be reserved in order to prevent coal layer from damage. |
