三峡三期RCC围堰拆除深水爆破药量计算研究

摘    要:三峡三期RCC围堰的爆破区位于水下30余米处,爆破条件与陆上混凝土爆破有着本质的区别,不能盲目套用陆上混凝土爆破的常规设计参数,需要对水下固体介质爆破设计参数进行合理确定。本文分析了炸药在半无限固体介质中爆破破坏物理过程,比较了水下和陆上固体介质工程爆破的主要差异,分析了水体对爆破效果的影响,探讨了水下爆破装药量的计算方法,得出三峡三期RCC围堰预埋药室的水下爆破设计装药量应是陆地爆破的2.334.08倍,该结果与试验结论一致。

STUDY ON CHARGE CALCULATION IN DEMOLITION OF THE THREE GORGES PROJECT 3rd STAGE RCC COFFERDAM BY UNDER WATER BLASTING
Abstract:The blasting area of the Three Gorges Project 3rd stage RCC cofferdam demolition was at more than 30m depth below the water.In this case,the blasting parameters were totally different from the ones used in ground blasting,and needed a reasonable design regarding the deep water solid medium rather than the use of the design parameters for the ground blasting without considerations.The paper analyzed the physical damage degree of blasting in half boundless medium,compared the difference of ground blasting with that of under water blasting,discussed the blasting effect resulted from the water,and investigated the calculating method of mass of explosive charge.The calculated mass of explosive charge was 2.33~4.08 times of that needed in ground blasting which was consistent to the result of blasting test.
