城区地铁车站基坑分块爆破控制技术

摘    要:为了安全、顺利完成工程环境复杂、工期紧张的龙奥地铁车站基坑的开挖工程,从南到北采用上下分层、前后分区、左右分块进行预裂爆破和深孔台阶爆破,每次爆破1~4块不等,待南侧一定范围内爆破施工到设计标高以后,再安排地铁车站主体施工。通过采用合理的爆破参数和工序安排,有效地控制了爆破飞石和爆破振动等危害因素,确保了爆区附近建(构)筑物、车站施工主体和人员的安全,为车站主体结构施工赢得了时间,取得了良好的经济效益。

Block blasting control technology of foundation pit of subway station in urban area

Abstract:In order to complate excavation safely and smoothly,the Longao subwaystation engineering environment is complex and the construction period is tight. From the south to the north, the site adopts upper and lower layers, front and rear blocks, left and right blocks to pre-split blasting and deep-hole bench blasting.Every time 1-4 blocks is blasted,the main construction of the subway station can be arranged after blasting construction in the south side is blasted to design elevation.By setting reasonable blasting parameters and process arrangement,the damage factors such as blasting and blasting vibration are controlled effectively. Furthermore,the technology reduces the blasting flyrock,ensure the safety of personnel near the blast area and building(structure).That has won time for the construction of the main stracture of the station,and achieved good economic benefits.
