复杂环境下15层框架楼房控制爆破拆除 |

摘 要: | 介绍了复杂环境下采用定向控制爆破技术成功拆除了15层框架楼房的工程实例。通过布设的三角形爆破切口,并对影响爆破效果的部位进行合理预处理和预拆除。根据试爆效果,确定合理的爆破参数。通过铺设缓冲垫层和搭设飞石防护屏障等安全防护措施,采用闭合双回路半秒延时起爆网路,使楼房爆破产生的振动和飞石得到有效控制,实现了框架楼房精确定向、安全、顺利倒塌,达到了设计效果,可为同类复杂环境下高楼拆除爆破工程提供参考。

Abstract: | The engineering example of blasting demolition of a 15-storey frame building in complicated environment using controlled blasting technology was introduced.By setting triangle blasting cut,the parts of affecting blasting effect were pre-processed and demolished.According to test explosions effect,the reasonable blasting parameters were determined.Security measures like laying a cushion and putting up flying rocks protective barriers were taken.Closing double circuit half a second delay detonating network was adopted to control blasting vibration and flying rock effectively,and the precise orientation,safe and smooth collapse of the building was realized.The design effect was achieved,and provided references for similar demolition blasting engineerings in complicated environment. |
