摘    要:对端羧基产生的原因及其对纺丝性能的影响进行了讨论,并结合现有的生产装置情况,发现聚酯的端羧基含量在47 mol/t及以上时,长丝生产线的断头现象明显减少.结合试验,通过弱化酯化反应,提升酯化Ⅰ、酯化Ⅱ反应阶段酸值的方法将端羧基含量提升至47 mol/t左右.

Abstract:The causes of end carboxyl group and its influence on spinning performance are discussed. Combined with existing production device, it is found that when the end carboxyl group content of polyester is47 mol/t or above, the end breakage phenomenon of filament production line is significantly reduced. Combined with the experiment, the content of end carboxyl group is improved to about 47 mol/t by weakening the esterification reaction and increasing the acid value of esterification I and esterification II.
