| 摘 要： | 以秦岭隧道掘进为例 ,研究了实现硬岩特长隧道月进尺 3 0 0m以上快速掘进的钻爆技术。研究认为 ,选择与岩石匹配良好的炸药、优化掏槽方案、提高钻孔精度、用机制炮泥堵塞 ,是实现硬岩隧道快速、高效钻爆法掘进的主要对策。试验结果表明 ,采取上述措施后 ,炸药单耗降低了约 3 0 % ,每循环的炮孔数减少了 2 4% ,钻爆成本节减了近 2 0 % ,掘进速度保持在 3 0 0m/月以上

| Abstract: | In modern mining and engineering construction,how to make an efficient use of explosion energy is the key technology needed to be resolved urgently.The application of air-decking blasting technology has enabled the efficient use of explosion energy,which proves that the technology can achieve ideal blasting effect by overcoming many disadvantages caused by column charge effectively.Systematic study on the researches and application of air-decking blasting technology at home and abroad is introduced in this paper,and the key issues to be solved promptly are analyzed as well. |
