LSC射流成型的X光试验与三维数值模拟

摘    要:为了获得单角度楔形罩线型聚能装药的射流成型特点和规律,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了三维全尺寸装药模型,并对其进行了数值模拟,采用脉冲X射线摄影仪对药型罩材料的运动过程进行摄影,并对两者进行了对比研究。结果表明,数值模拟获得的不同起爆点位置条件下各时刻的射流横断面和正面形状与脉冲X射线摄影试验获得的基本一致,不同时刻射流头部距罩底部的距离误差和射流头尾之间的距离误差分别在7.2%和24.3%以内。因此,该三维数值计算模型可以用来模拟实际的切割器,获得的射流成型特点和规律能够较好地反映实际的射流成型过程,为研究线性聚能装药的射流成型机理提供参考。

THE X-RAY TEST AND TRI-DIMENSIONAL NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF LSC JET MOLDING

Abstract:To obtain the jet molding characteristics and laws of LSC single angle cuniform cover,the tri-dimensional and whole-size model of charge was established with ANSYS/LS-DYNA programme.The movement process of cover was photoed by pulsed X-ray camera.The contrast results showed that the shape of jet transect at different time and face obtained by tri-dimensional numerical simulation and pulsed X-ray test were basically accorded under the position of different initiation points.The length error of jet head to cover bottom and jet head to tail at different time were within 7.2% and 24.3% respectively.So the real LSC could be simulated by the tri-dimensional numerical model.The jet molding characteristics and laws of LSC obtained from the numerical model could preferably reflect the jet molding process.It could provide a reference for researching the LSC jet molding mechanism.
