切缝药包爆炸波效应实验和模拟研究

摘    要:为了研究切缝药包定向断裂效应,采用纹影实验方法研究了无限空气自由场中切缝药包爆炸波传播规律,采用动态焦散线实验方法研究了切缝药包在固体介质中产生定向裂纹的过程,并用AUTODYN数值分析对实验结果进行了验证和补充。研究结果表明:切缝药包特殊结构使得爆炸波和爆生气体优先沿切缝方向定向释放,是形成定向裂纹的关键;在爆轰波未传播至切缝管壁阶段,爆轰产物压力从爆轰波阵面向炮孔中心呈先增大后减小的梯度分布规律,同时第一次压力峰值随距炮孔中心距离的增大而增大;合理的空气不耦合装药系数决定着切缝药包产生定向裂纹的效果。

APPLICATION OF SITE MIXING AND CHARGING EXPLOSIVE AND HOLE-BY-HOLE BLASTING IN SECTION TRENCH EXCAVATION BLASTING

Abstract:Advantages of site mixing and charging emulsion explosive have been discussed from charging efficiency,blasting effect and blasting cost.Site mixing and charging emulsion explosive and hole-by-hole blasting technique were used in Nannihu section trench excavation blasting,which achieved a good blasting effect and solved the difficult problems,such as charging in water-rich blastholes and ensuring explosive payload,effectively reduced the blasting vibration damage to the surrounding buildings and ensured the blasting safety.It could provide certain reference to similar construction of water-rich blastholes in openpit mine.
