高大建筑物群的定向爆破拆除

本文介绍了在鞍钢厚板广建设的拆迁中，采用定向爆破法拆除以原锅炉房为中心的旧直筑物群的设计及施工过程，设计中通过对诸多因素进行分析，决定对该建筑物群采用分解施工，即分三次进行爆破拆除。在起爆顺序及网络联接中，采用非电导爆系统与电雷管组成的并串混合联接的微差起爆网络。从而缓解了一次爆破施工工程量大的矛盾，克服了起爆器材规格的限制及大型定向爆破施工中的拒爆问题，使最终的爆破效果完全达到了预期目的。

DIRECTIONAL BLASTING AND DISMANTLING OF HIGH BUILDING GROUP

In this paper,the design and process of demolishing the oldbuilding group,centered around a boiler room with directional blasting me-thod in Heavy Plate Mill of Anshan lron & Steel Complex(Angang),is intro- duced. Based on comprehensive analysis on all factors during designing.itwas determined to divide the whole building area into three parts to blast. In the connection of detonation order and network,a differential delay deto-nating network in mixed connection with parallel and series connections made up of non-electric blast ignition system and electric detonator was adopted,so as to overcome the contradiction of too much work at one blow-up,sol-ving the problems of restriction of detonating equipment specifications and mifsire in large scale directional blasting.The final blasting results were satisfied.
