复杂环境下高位切口爆破拆除钢筋混凝土烟囱

摘    要:介绍了在倒塌空间不足的条件下,采用高位切口爆破拆除80m钢筋混凝土烟囱的工程实例。采用了烟囱高位切口支撑断面力学分析模拟计算出烟囱的切口位置和切口角度;采用正梯形切口,开设定向窗,设置缓冲堤,开挖减振沟等措施成功爆破拆除该烟囱。结合爆破效果,初步探讨了烟囱高位切口支撑断面力学分析的结果,可为类似工程提供参考依据。

HIGH CUTTING BLASTING DEMOLITION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CHIMNEY UNDER COMPLICATED ENVIRONMENT
Abstract:The blasting demolition engineering of 80mreinforced concrete chimney adopting high cutting under the insufficient collapse space was introduced.The chimney high cutting support section mechanical analysis was used to simulate the high cutting location and cutting angle of the chimney.The chimney was successfully demolished by using trapezoidal incision,opening directional window,setting up buffer dike, excavating damping ditch and other measures.Combined with blasting effect,the results of chimney high cutting support section mechanical analysis were discussed,which can be a reference for similar projects.
