掘进爆破技术在明利铁矿中的应用

摘    要:针对明利铁矿岩巷掘进爆破效果差、效率低的问题,综合运用掘进爆破技术着重从炮孔的布置、装药量和起爆时差三方面对爆破方案进行了重新设计,结果每循环进尺量达到了2.5m,月进尺量由原来的72m提高到了150m,显著缩短了工期,提高了生产效率。该方案在岩巷掘进中显示了巨大的优越性,对类似条件下的掘进爆破有一定的指导作用。

REMOVAL OF DRILL-JAMMING ACCIDENT IN DEEP WELL BY CONTROLLED BLASTING TECHNIQUE

Abstract:Having studied the feasibility of using controlled blasting techniques to cope with deep drill-jamming accident by the aid of theoretical and numerical simulation analysis,several key technical points of carrying out controlled blasting with some main attentions during the implementation of the program were worked out.The employment of controlled multi-blasting with mini-dose under the drill,which was based on the calculated maximum amount of primary explosive,successfully solved the drill-jamming accident.The paper provided a reference for similar projects.
