| 摘 要： | 介绍框架剪力墙结构7层大楼的爆破拆除。为了使大楼倾倒并且解体完全,采用了多层布置切口单向连续折叠倾倒方案。文章对爆破方案选择、预处理工作、切口高度计算、爆破参数选取、起爆网路和防护措施等作了比较详细的叙述。作者强调,对于整体性好的建筑物,应通过人力或爆破方法尽可能多地预拆除部分内、外墙和框柱。

A BLASTING TECHNOLOGY FOR CUTTING OF SLAG BUILDING-UP IN A BLAST FURNACE MIXER |

| Abstract: | In this paper, a controlled blasting technology for cutting of slag building up in a blast furnace mixer is introduced including the selection of blasting plan, the parameters for layout of blastholes, the calculation of charge weight, priming network and sequence, safety precautions and others. Specially, the check of blasting safety is carried out in the fields of both explosion shock wave and blasting vibration. Finally, some experience obtained from this blasting project are presented, which can be used as a reference for the similar projects. |
