摘    要:某大截面、空心34CrMo1A中小型发电机转轴、转子类锻件的力学性能、无损检测要求高.通过对试验件解剖分析,优化了锻造工艺、热处理工艺,获得了较为理想的综合性能,成功开发出该类型产品的成熟制造工艺,对生产实践具有指导意义.

Abstract:A large section,hollow 34CrMo1A small and medium-sized generator rotating shaft and rotor forgings have high mechanical properties and non-destructive test requirements.Through anatomical analysis of the test piece,the forging process and heat treatment process have been optimized,and a relatively ideal comprehensive performance has been obtained.The mature manufacturing process of this type of product has been successfully developed,which has guiding significance for production practice.
