复杂环境下大型火电厂房爆破拆除技术

摘    要:以重庆发电厂东厂房拆除爆破为例,根据控制爆破拆除的一般原理,阐述了复杂环境下大型厂房结构定向爆破拆除的特点、难点和要求;基于关联技术分析,确定安全控制指标,制定结构解体倒塌顺序和结构预处理方案,实现爆破参数和爆破网路合理设计;并对爆破灾害采取了有效控制措施,使大型厂房的爆破拆除达到预期效果。

EXCAVATION OF DEEP TROUGH WITH VERTICAL WALLS FOR PERMANENT SHIP LOCK IN THREE GORGES PROJECT

Abstract:Blasting technique with comprehensive control was employed in the excavation of ship-lock in Three Gorges Project.In the operation the overbreak and vibration intensity were strictly controlled in order to guarantee the standing walls of ship-lock and high slope in stability.The present paper discussed the blasting design and the way of the construction in the excavation of ship-lock.The factors influencing the effect of blasting together with the treatments were investigated and discussed in detail.Large amount of monitoring data collected in the whole operation showed that the vibration velocity of the particle 10m away from blasting source had been controlled in the limitation of below 10cm/s,with the overbreak of the slope in the limitation of 20cm.The wall surface at left bank after blasting got the residual semi borehole rate over 80%.A high quality construction was achieved in excavation of ship-lock.
