新型纳米级HL抗冻剂对岩石水胶炸药抗冻性能的影响实验 |

摘 要: | 在组分和制备工艺完全一致的情况下,研究了添加新型纳米级HL抗冻剂对水胶炸药抗冻性能的影响作用。将水胶炸药试验样品在-20℃下冷冻24小时后测试其作功能力,用作功能力大小表征试样的抗冻性能。对比了水胶炸药试样添加该抗冻剂前后的抗冻性能,研究了添加不同量的抗冻剂对水胶炸药试样抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,在该抗冻剂添加量达到4%之后,水胶炸药的抗冻性能得到明显提高,且随着该抗冻剂添加量的增加水胶炸药的抗冻性能先增后降,呈现出近似抛物线型变化趋势,其最佳添加量为8%9%。
