柏杨湖大桥3~#桥台后沿陡坡危岩爆破排险

摘    要:柏杨湖大桥3#桥台后沿陡坡危岩塌落可能冲毁桥台,防碍桥梁延伸铺设,拖延工期,亟待解决。针对复杂的地质环境条件和严格的施工要求,基于爆破有害效应、爆破块度特征与孔网参数、装药结构、起爆顺序相干性等控制爆破理论,首先对柏杨湖大桥3#桥台后沿陡坡危岩爆破排险的有害效应,包括爆破飞石、大块滚石、爆渣、爆破振动等进行了控制分析,然后仅对导致危石的危险部分实施爆破,并采用不连续、不耦合装药结构,实行逐排延时松动爆破,一次延时起爆危岩,避免了危石直接塌落,达到了预期的爆破效果,成功解危。

Dangerous rock blasting along the steep slope of the 3~# abutment of Baiyang lake bridge

Abstract:Dangerous rocks of Baiyang Lake Bridge 3#桥台后沿陡坡危岩塌落可能冲毁桥台,防碍桥梁延伸铺设,拖延工期,亟待解决。针对复杂的地质环境条件和严格的施工要求,基于爆破有害效应、爆破块度特征与孔网参数、装药结构、起爆顺序相干性等控制爆破理论,首先对柏杨湖大桥3#桥台后沿陡坡危岩爆破排险的有害效应,包括爆破飞石、大块滚石、爆渣、爆破振动等进行了控制分析,然后仅对导致危石的危险部分实施爆破,并采用不连续、不耦合装药结构,实行逐排延时松动爆破,一次延时起爆危岩,避免了危石直接塌落,达到了预期的爆破效果,成功解危。Dangerous rocks of Baiyang Lake Bridge 3# abutment after the bridge along the steep slope collapse may destroy the abutment,hinder the extension of the bridge laying and delay the duration,which have to be settled urgently.According to the complicated geological conditions and the strict construction requirements,the controlled blasting theory based on the harmful effects of blasting,the characteristics of blasting block and the parameters of hole network,charge structure and detonation sequence coherence were discussed.The detrimental effects of blasting,including flying rocks,Large pieces of rock,blast slag,blasting vibration and so on were analyzed,then the dangerous part of the dangerous rock only was carried out.The discontinuous and decoupled charge structure was used and the delay loosening blasting by row was implemented with one delayed initiation.The dangerous rock directly collapse was avoided and it achieved the desired blasting effect.The danger was resolved successfully.
