隧道全断面开挖光面爆破设计

摘    要:介绍了军都山隧道开挖施工中所采用的全断面光面爆破快速施工技术。根据隧道围岩硬度大、节理裂隙发育等地质情况,在施工现场进行了掏槽孔不同深度的装药试验,对隧道开挖的爆破参数、炮孔布置、装药结构和起爆网路进行了分析和设计,提出了保证隧道开挖成型质量和提高循环进尺的施工方案与措施,确保了军都山隧道全断面开挖爆破取得圆满成功,可供类似工程参考。

Blasting demolition of two 90m high hyperbolic cooling tower

Abstract:The directional controlled blasting demolition of two reinforced concrete cooling towers with the height is 90.0 m,the bottom diameter is 73.6 mand the top diameter is 43.0 mis introduced.Aiming at the character that the height of the cooling tower is large,the wall from the bottom to the top is thinner,and the integrity is strong.The cooling water circulating device is separated from the pillar foundation.After the structure of the designed relief tank is checked to ensure stability,the method of excavating the deducting groove is adopted to transform the wall of the cylinder above the height of the blasting direction from a continuous thin-walled structure into a separate thin-walled structure,and the water spraying device is pre-demolition.Computer software is used to simulate the force analysis of the herringbone,and a reasonable opening angle and a suitable drilling arrangement are selected.To use the blasting quilt and bamboo springboard on the person column drilling position to the blasting flystone near protection.Collect the shower grille when the watering platform is pre-demolition,and use the multi-layer porous features of the shower grille for blasting protection and sound insulation.Using a multi-segment millisecond time delay detonating detonator initiation network,progressively symmetrically forming blasting notch to ensure that the cooling tower collapses and disintegrates in the predetermined dumping direction during the pre-sit and sit-down processes,thus achieving the two cooling towers directional blasting demolition.
