摘    要:利用热电偶多路温度测试仪和红外热像仪,分别测定了砂岩平台巴西圆盘试样Ⅰ型起裂裂纹发育过程中的物理温度和红外辐射温度变化.热电偶多路温度测试过程中,约95%的试样裂纹起裂时载荷发生应力调整,与此同时其物理温度突增,最高升温幅度0.74℃(平均0.16℃).红外热像仪测试过程中,约20%的试样裂纹起裂时红外辐射温度升高(平...

Characteristics of temperature field variation during sandstone crack development

Abstract:By using thermocouple multi-channel temperature tester and infrared thermal imager, the changes of physical temperature and infrared radiation temperature during mode-Ⅰ crack development of sandstone flattened Brazilian disk(FBD) specimen were measured respectively.In the thermocouple multi-channel temperature test, about 95% of the specimens have experienced stress change at the crack initiation, while the physical temperature increases abruptly, with the maximum temperature increases by 0.74 ℃(the average temperature increases by 0.16 ℃).In the test of infrared thermal imager, the infrared radiation temperature of about 20% specimens increases at crack initiation(the average temperature increases by 0.03 ℃). The experimental results show that the physical temperature measurement technology and infrared temperature measurement technology can capture the temperature variation in crack development before coal and rocks fail.
