大跨度超浅埋复杂岩层隧道爆破开挖方案研究

摘    要:大连石门山隧道为双幅式双向六车道隧道,隧道施工难度最大地段为北口130m超浅埋地段。针对该地段的复杂情况采用机械配合爆破的方法进行施工,下部采用微震动爆破,上部采用机械开挖,最终安全快速地通过该地段。本文介绍了该工程地质概况、开挖方案、特制挖斗、爆破参数。该法对大跨度复杂性隧道的开挖有很强的适用性。

DEMOLITION OF A WATER TOWER IN COMPLICATED ENVIRONMENT BY USE OF DIRECTIONAL BLASTING

Abstract:A water tower in complicated environment was successfully demolished by use of directional blasting The width of space in collapse direction is only twice as large as the diameter of water tank Through a series of technological measures such as shorter cut,lower cut position,increased cut height,opened directional windows and reasonable blasting parameters,the water tower was made accurately to collapse in predetermined direction and the recoil on water tower collapsing was eliminated The shock at the moment of the falling of water tank on top of the tower was damped by laying of the soft materials on the ground The close covering of cut position made flying rocks stopped effectively Any of buildings on two sides of the collapsing direction was not damaged The predicted blasting result had been achieved
