| 摘 要： | 歪头山露天铁矿建成的微机控制连续化炸药生产线能年产 10 0 0 0t、5个不同品种的乳化炸药。试验和检测表明 ,由该生产线生产的不同品种的炸药 ,其性能指标均符合国家技术标准 ,满足了该矿对水孔爆破、起爆药包、根底爆破及二次破碎的要求。矿山的爆破实践证明 ,使用这些品种的炸药 ,取得了良好的爆破效果 ,降低了炸药消耗及爆破成本 ,同时提高了水孔爆破的质量。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the blasting demolition of the pier of spillway gate of Luhun reservoir.The final determined minimum burdon,the space distance of borehole,the depth of hole,the row space of borehole,charging quantity and charging structure were all carefully selected through times of simulating blasting tests.The blasting avoided the generation of fly rock and the damages to the two sides of walls and the floor of the gate by the adoption of millisecond blasting network and blasting vibration monitoring technology plus strict control of the charging and effective protection measurements.The practice showed that the determined parameters and protection measurements were successful. |
