椭圆形罩线型聚能装药射流成型过程数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了获得椭圆形罩线型聚能装药射流成型的特点和规律,采用数值模拟的方法对其进行研究。运用正交设计方法和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件得到了较优的试验方案和射流成型的数值模拟过程,以及射流成型过程的特点、3个典型时刻沿对称面射流速度梯度、射流最大速度和杵体最小速度随时间变化关系。结果表明,相对于常见的楔形罩LSC,椭圆形罩LSC形成的射流较长且均匀,质量相对较大,速度也较高;形成的杵体速度梯度小,横断面外形近似为椭圆形,质量相对较小且集中;射流最小速度位于两翼处而非杵体上。

STUDY ON THE NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF JET FORMATION PROCESS OF THE LINEAR SHAPED CHARGE WITH OVAL COVER

Abstract:The characteristics and rules of jet formation of LSC with oval cover were studied by using numerical simulation method.The better project,numerical simulation of jet formation process,and characteristics of jet formation process,and jet velocity gradients along the symmetry plane of three typical times,and variations of the jet max-velocity and pestle minimal velocity with time were achieved by using orthogonal design means and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The results showed that the LSC with an oval cover compared with the common LSC with an cuniform cover could produce longer and more symmetrical jet flows with a heavier weight and a quicker speed,and that the slug produced had a smaller velocity gradient whose transect was oval-like and whose weight was relatively smaller and more concentrated,and that the minimal jet velocity was located on the wings instead of the slug.
