临近井巷的露天减震爆破

摘    要:在露天开采向井下开采过渡期间,露天爆破震动造成井下巷道破坏;为此,采取了一系列技术措施降低爆破震动,保证了露天采矿生产和井下掘进工程的正常进行。这些措施包括孔内分段装药,孔内、孔间、排间联合微差起爆,合理选用微差时间及起爆顺序;同时辅以增减上、下梯段高度,孔底间隔垫层等。文中详细讨论了孔内分段数的确定,段高的调整,微差时间和起爆顺序的选择以及井下巷道受损程度的判断方法。

VIBRATION-REDUCTION CONTROLLED BLASTING CLOSED TO UNDERGROUND WORKINGS IN AN OPENPIT MINE
Abstract:During the transition of surface mining to underground mining,the underground workings were damaged by surface blasting vibrationFor this reason,a series of technological measures were taken,thus ensuring normal surface mining and underground driftingThese measures include the decked charge in a hole,the millisecond blasting of combining in hole and inter hole delays with inter row delay,reasonable delay interval and blasting sequenceThe other measures involve increasing the heights of upper or down benches and putting a buffer pad in the bottom of a holeIn this paper,the determination of decked charge number,the adjustment of bench height,the selection of delay interval and initiating sequence and the judgment of heading damage degree were discussed in more detail
