石松子粉爆炸过程中火焰传播特性研究

摘    要:为了研究石松子粉火焰传播特征,采用哈特曼管装置对石松子粉在燃烧管中进行试验,利用高速摄影和红外热成像技术记录石松子粉火焰传播过程,并对石松子粉火焰传播速度和火焰温度变化情况进行了分析。结果表明:点火能量为200mJ,粉尘浓度在125500g/m500g/m3范围内,火焰在燃烧管中向上传播所达到的最大速度随着粉尘浓度的增加先增大后减小;在石松子粉浓度为250g/m3范围内,火焰在燃烧管中向上传播所达到的最大速度随着粉尘浓度的增加先增大后减小;在石松子粉浓度为250g/m3时达到最大速度11.08m/s;火球的面积随着时间变化呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在60ms时达到最大,同时达到最高温度1100℃;随着火焰的向上传播,火焰的最高温度区域也随之向上移动。

RESEARCH ON FLAME PROPAGATION CHARACTERISTICS IN LYCOPODIUM DUST EXPLOSION

Abstract:To investigate the flame propagation characteristics of lycopodium,the lycopodium dust explosions were experimentally studied using Hartman tube test device.A high speed video camera and a thermal infrared imaging device were used to record the flame propagation process,and the variations of the flame propagation velocity and temperature were also analyzed.The results indicated that the maximum velocity of the flame upward propagation in the combustion tube as the change of dust concentration showed a trend of gradually decrease after the first increase when dust concentration was in the range of1253时达到最大速度11.08m/s;火球的面积随着时间变化呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在60ms时达到最大,同时达到最高温度1100℃;随着火焰的向上传播,火焰的最高温度区域也随之向上移动。To investigate the flame propagation characteristics of lycopodium,the lycopodium dust explosions were experimentally studied using Hartman tube test device.A high speed video camera and a thermal infrared imaging device were used to record the flame propagation process,and the variations of the flame propagation velocity and temperature were also analyzed.The results indicated that the maximum velocity of the flame upward propagation in the combustion tube as the change of dust concentration showed a trend of gradually decrease after the first increase when dust concentration was in the range of125500g/m500g/m3 and ignition energy was 200 mJ.The maximum flame velocity 11.08 m/s was obtained when the concentration was 250g/m3 and ignition energy was 200 mJ.The maximum flame velocity 11.08 m/s was obtained when the concentration was 250g/m3.The area of flame fireball presented a trend of gradually decrease after the first increase with the time increasing,and the highest temperature reached to 1100℃ at 60 ms,at the same time,the area of the fireball attained to the maximum.With the flame spread up,the highest temperature area of the flame moved up.
