复杂环境下贵阳电厂2~#冷却塔抢险爆破

摘    要:为安全、快速完成贵阳电厂2#冷却塔的抢险爆破,采用定向倒塌的爆破拆除方案。首先在施工过程中对塔顶进行位移监测,以确保施工过程的绝对安全;然后根据冷却塔目前的结构特点,为实现爆破时冷却塔的充分解体,采取提高定位窗和卸荷窗的切口高度,确保塔体在机械预处理过程中的稳定性;最后采用ANSYS软件分离式共节点模型,对爆破方案进行了数值模拟,验证了所选用方案的可行性。鉴于冷却塔附近铁路高架桥的重要性,采用了开挖减振沟、敷设缓冲堤及搭设防护排架综合防护手段,最终圆满完成了冷却塔的抢险爆破,可为类似工程提供参考。

Emergency blasting of 2~# cooling tower of Guiyang power plant in complex environment

Abstract:In order to complete the Guiyang power plant 2#cooling tower emergency blasting safely and rapidly,the directional blasting demolition scheme was adopted.The displacement of the top tower was monitored to ensure the absolute safety in the construction process.According to the characteristics of the cooling tower,the height of the positioning window and the unloading window were improved to achieve the full disintegration of the cooling tower,and the stability of the tower was ensured in the process of mechanical pretreatment.ANSYS separate node was used,the blasting scheme was simulated and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.In view of the importance of the railway viaduct near the cooling tower,a comprehensive protection method of damping ditch excavation,laying buffer embankment and setting up protective frame was adopted.The success of the cooling tower emergency blasting could provide a reference for similar projects.
