126 m长水闸和交通桥控制拆除爆破

摘    要:徒骇河营子水闸和交通桥需要进行拆除后重建,为确保安全、快速实施拆除,决定采用爆破方式实施。根据待拆除建筑物的结构特点,通过对爆破切口上部的结构分析和重量计算,确定了倒塌方式、爆破切口高度和爆破参数。拆除过程中采用数码电子雷管,通过合理地延时时间设置,以逐跨起爆方式,成功的实施大规模起爆。通过精心的施工,爆破取得了理想效果。该工程的成功爆破,可为具有类似结构的桥梁拆除工程的实践提供参考。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of demolition, blasting is adopted to demolish the Yingzi sluice and the traffic bridge of Tuhai River. According to the structural characteristics of the two buildings, the collapse mode, the height of the blasting gap and blasting parameters are determined by analyzing the structure of the part above the blasting gap and calculating its weight. This project adopts electronic digital detonators, with the reasonable delay time setting and the step-by-step initiation mode, and the large-scale initiation is successful. Through the careful construction, the blasting effect is ideal. The successful blasting of the project can provide reference for bridge demolition engineering with a similar structure.
