| 摘 要： | 金堆城钼业公司引进了美国 1116型乳化炸药配方和生产技术。然而 ,这种炸药质量不稳定、技术性能差。为此 ,在 1116型乳化炸药配方的基础上 ,经过调整和试验 ,研制出TM系列乳化炸药。本文介绍了TM系列乳化炸药的主要组分及其作用 ,并在技术性能上与 1116型乳化炸药进行了对比。通过TM系列乳化炸药在露天矿深孔爆破中的应用 ,证实了其爆炸性能和单耗均优于 1116配方 ,从而改善了生产爆破的质量 ,节省了炸药 ,取得了较好的经济效果。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the successful demolition of workshop of Datang Luohe Power Plant of 12000kW and its framed trestle by controlled blasting and elaborated the determination of blasting program,the design of blasting parameters,the measurement of blasting vibration,the checking calculations of maximum initiating explosive for one phase,the determination of ignition sequence as well as the check of blasting safety and safety measures.The success demolition is valuable to familiar project. |
