乳化炸药组分对体系界面张力的影响

摘    要:采用吊片法分析乳化剂对碳质燃料油的表面张力以及乳化炸药组成材料对乳化炸药体系界面张力的影响。实验结果表明,油相材料的表面张力随乳化剂质量分数的增加而减小;在乳化炸药体系的水相中加入硝酸钠,可以降低体系的界面张力;油相材料的黏度增加,乳化炸药体系的界面张力也相应的增加;乳化剂质量分数大于1.0%时,乳化炸药体系的界面张力值趋向恒定。

INFLUENCE OF THE COMPONENTS OF EMULSION EXPLOSIVE ON SYSTEM INTERFACIAL TENSION
Abstract:The Wilhelmy plate method was used to analyze the influence of emulsifier and components of emulsion explosive on the surface tension of carbon fuel oil and the system interfacial tension,respectively.The results indicated that the surface tension of oil phase materials decreased with the increasing of the mass fraction of emulsifier,and interfacial tension value could be reduced by adding sodium nitrate into the water phase of emulsion explosive system,while the value of interfacial tension increased with the viscosity of oil phase materials.The value of interfacial tension tended to a constant value when the mass fraction of emulsifier was over 1.0%.
