摘    要:铁含量的变化,直接影响玻璃的颜色、玻璃的透光率,进而影响玻璃生产各指标的确定。普通浮法玻璃虽然没有一个明确的、固定的铁含量标准,但铁含量的稳定很重要。通过分析浮法玻璃熔制工艺及澄清工艺,结合生产实践,介绍了低铁玻璃特性,指出了玻璃生产中铁含量保持稳定的重要性,建议将原料铁含量纳入生产控制指标,避免由于铁含量波动对生产造成影响。各种原料的选择应有相对稳定的铁含量,特别是采用两种原料来作为互为备用时,更应该选择铁含量接近的物料,以达到在各物料切换使用时,熔化指标保持基本稳定。

Abstract:The change of iron content directly affects the color and transmittance of glass,and then affects the determination of various indexes of glass production.Although there is no clear and fixed iron content standard for ordinary float glass,the stability of iron content is very important.By analyzing the melting process and clarification process of float glass,combined with production practice,this paper introduces the characteristics of low iron glass,points out the importance of maintaining stable iron content in glass production,and suggests that the iron content of raw material should be included in the production control index to avoid the impact on production due to the fluctuation of iron content.The selection of various raw materials should have a relatively stable iron content,especially when two raw materials are used as standby for each other,the materials with similar iron content should be selected,so as to keep the melting index basically stable when the materials are switched for use.
