水相组分对混装乳化炸药的性能影响研究

摘    要:为研究混装乳化炸药水相各组分质量分数对爆轰性能、乳胶基质稳定性的影响,通过对5组不同组分质量分数配方的爆轰性能进行理论计算,分析水相组分对爆热、爆容、爆速的影响,将设计的5组配方制备成乳胶基质,通过高低温循环模拟温度冲击对储存稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:水相组分中硝酸铵含量从75%增加到79%后,爆轰性能:爆热值从2 360.32 kJ/kg增加到2 658.43 kJ/kg,增加12.6%,爆容值从846.04 L/kg下降到818.61 L/kg,降低3.3%,爆速值从4 573 m/s增加到4 855 m/s,增加6.1%,说明硝酸铵质量分数对爆热的影响最大,对爆容的影响最小。高低温循环次数从5次降到3次,表明增加硝酸铵质量分数对乳胶基质储存稳定性有一定的影响。

Study on the influence of water phase components on mixed emulsified explosives

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the content of each component in the water phase of mixed emulsion explosives on the detonation performance and the stability of the emulsion matrix, the theoretical calculation of the detonation performance of five different component content formulas was carried out to analyze the influence of the water phase components on gas volume, detonation heat and detonation velocity. The emulsion matrices of the five designed formulas are prepared, and the effect of temperature shock on storage stability is simulated through high and low temperature cycling. The experimental results show that after the ammonium nitrate in the water phase component is increased from 75% to 79%, the detonation heat value increases from 2 360.32 kJ/kg to 2 658.43 kJ/kg, an increase of 12.6%, and the gas volume value decreases from 846.04 L/kg to 818.61 L/kg, a decrease of 3.3%, and the detonation velocity value increases from 4 573 m/s to 4 855 m/s, an increase of 6.1%. It shows that the content of ammonium nitrate has the greatest impact on the detonation heat and the least impact on the gas volume. The high and low temperature cycling decreased from 5 to 3 times, indicating that increasing the content of ammonium nitrate has a certain effect on the storage stability of the latex matrix.
