| Abstract: | 333 dtex/576 f torque-free multifilament ply yarn was produced by one-step process using semidull 266 dtex/288 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY) as raw material on HY-7 HLV S+Z high-speed texturing machine. The results show that the product quality can be controlled and the requirements of customers can be achieved by using‘non twin' independent two rows of false twister, and production speed is600～700 m/min, the draw ratio is 1.67, the deformation temperature and setting temperature are 185 ℃ and175 ℃ respectively, the interlace nozzle is elliptical hole with diameter of 1.6 mm. |
