基于改进层次分析法的爆破效果影响因素

摘    要:为了研究爆破过程中多种常见因素对爆破效果的影响,详细介绍了改进层次分析法的应用步骤,并运用此方法建立了系统层次结构模型,采用三标度法建立影响因素的比较矩阵,定量分析得出了各因素的权重排序。计算结果表明:在13个常见影响爆破效果的因素中,主要影响因素为孔网参数、岩石条件、起爆顺序和填塞质量,其权重值分别为0.124、0.112、0.094、0.094,也是工程施工中需要关注的重点。此评价结果使影响爆破效果各因素的影响程度更具有明确性,也可为改善爆破效果提供参考。

Influence factors of blasting effect based on improved AHP method

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of various common factors on blasting projects,this paper gives a detailed introduction to the application steps of the improved AHP,and an improved AHP method is utilized to establish hierarchical structure model.The comparison matrix of influence factors is established by using three-demarcation method to decide the weight sequencing of each factor.The results show that the main factors,including hole pattern parameters,rock condition,blasting sequence and stemming quality,whose weight values are 0.124,0.112,0.094 and 0.094 respectively,should be paid enough attention in the engineering construction.The evaluation result has brought more clarity about influence degree of various factors to blasting effect and provides a reference for improving blasting effect.
