近距离下穿玻璃厂的高铁隧道控制爆破技术

摘    要:为确保爆破实施后玻璃厂及厂房内机械设备的安全,确定地表安全允许振动速度为0.5cm/s。由于爆破振动速度控制要求极为严格,因此采用短进尺分层掏槽弱爆破技术,将爆破循环进尺控制在1.2m,分层分次爆破形成掏槽腔体,以减小每次爆破规模及单段起爆药量。并通过理论计算对爆破振动速度进行校验,理论计算及现场振动监测结果均表明,取得了良好的爆破效果,此技术可确保地表爆破振动速度控制在安全允许范围内。

Controlled blasting technology of high-speed railway tunnel close to the glass factory

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of workshop and machinery and equipment in the glass factory after blasting,the allowable vibration velocity of 0.5cm/s for surface safety was determined.Since the blasting vibration velocity control request was extremely strict,the weak blasting technology of short footage and stratified cutting was used.In order to reduce the scale of each blasting and single initiation charge,blasting cycle footage was controlled in 1.2mand the cutting cavity was formed by stratified blasting.And the blasting vibration velocity was verified by theoretical calculation.Theoretical calculation and vibration monitoring results showed that the technology could ensure that the surface blasting vibration velocity controlled within safe limit.The good blasting effect was achieved.
