热电厂取水泵房拱围堰拆除爆破

摘    要:针对热电厂取水泵房混凝土拱围堰周边环境复杂、安全防护要求高的特点,从降低爆破危害效应入手,采取充水平压、局部拆除的一次爆破拆除方案。为减小爆破飞石、振动影响,同时保证破碎效果,选取当地资源丰富的毛竹悬挂遮挡飞石,并采用分层间隔装药、孔内分段、孔外接力的工程措施。对爆破振动波形进行了监测及分析,发现爆破振动出现了一定的叠加,分析其原因。同时采取PVC管预装药、精确计量分段填塞物质、预制填塞沙袋和严格的现场操作控制及管理措施,规避了孔内分段可能存在的安全风险,保证了爆破效果。

Demolition blasting of arch cofferdam in water intake pump room of thermal power plant

Abstract:Aiming at the complicated environment and high security requirement of the concrete arch cofferdam of the water intake pump room of thermal power plant,the primary blasting demolition scheme of water filling and local dismantling was adopted from the point of reducing blasting damage effect.In order to reduce the effect of blasting flying socks and vibration and ensure the effect of crushing,the local resource-rich bamboo flyover was chosen to block the flying socks and the engineering measures were adopted to separate interval charge and blasthole external relay.The blasting vibration waveform was monitored and analyzed,and it was found that the blasting vibration had a certain superposition and its reason was analyzed.Meanwhile,the prefabricated PVC pipe,the accurate metering stemmings,the prefabricated sandbag and the strict on-site operation control and management measures were adopted to avoid the possible safety risk and ensured the blasting effect.
