爆炸焊接中覆板碰撞速度的确定

摘    要:为了给爆炸焊接中覆板碰撞速度提供更多的理论计算方法,按照一定的物理模型自行推导了另外两种覆板碰撞速度的计算公式,讨论了覆板碰撞速度的影响因素,并对若干实际爆炸焊接场景的碰撞速度进行了计算与比较,这些实际场景的焊接质量良好。结果表明,计算结果处于焊接窗口参数之中,而且这些设计和计算对爆炸焊接实践具有一定指导作用。

Determination of flyer plate's collision speed in explosive welding

Abstract:In order to provide more theoretical calculation methods to calculate the collision speed of the flyer plate in explosive welding, the other two calculation formulas were deduced according to a certain physical model. The influencing factors of the collision speed of the flyer plate were discussed. The collision speed of several explosive welding practices was calculated and compared. The result shows that the calculation results are in range of the explosive welding "window" and at the same time, the welding quality of these explosive welding practices is well enough. The designs and calculations proposed could guide the practice of explosive welding.
