静态破碎剂径向膨胀压测试装置研究 |

摘 要: | 针对静态破碎剂膨胀压测试的试验用品无法重复利用、测试周期长的问题,设计并制造了一种重复利用率较高、安全易操作的静态破碎剂径向膨胀压测试装置。利用设计装置分别进行了常温条件及电加热条件下的膨胀压测试试验研究,并与只能在常温下进行的传统膨胀压测试试验进行对比。试验结果表明:设计装置采用电加热的方法在保证测试值效果的同时能加快静态破碎剂的反应速率,提高爆破效率,缩短测试装置测试周期。设计装置可拆卸、可电加热,为静态破碎剂膨胀压的测试提供了更高效的方法。

Abstract: | Aiming at the problem that the test products for static crushing agent expansion pressure test cannot be reused and the test period is long, a safe and easy to operate device with high repetition rate has been designed and manufactured. By comparing with the traditional expansion pressure test that can only be carried out at room temperature, tests under the ambient temperature and the electic heating conditions by the new designed device were carried out. The test results show that the designed device adopting the electric heating method can accelerate the reaction rate of the static crushing agent, improve the blasting efficiency, and shorten the test cycle, while ensuring the effect of the test value. The designed device is detachable and can be electrically heated, which provides a more efficient method for testing the expansion pressure of the static crushing agent. |
