煤岩致裂中的静态破碎剂组分及其性能

摘    要:针对煤矿开采中许多高瓦斯区域很难使用炸药实施爆破的情况,提出一种由静态破碎剂使煤岩胀裂破碎的方法。为了确定静态破碎剂合理的参数配比,达到煤岩破碎的理想效果,通过膨胀压正交实验确定破碎剂的最佳配比,利用水化反应测温实验确定合适的水灰比,运用混凝土试件和煤样试件胀裂破碎实验研究了静态破碎剂性能。结果表明:CaO 70%、石膏5%、水泥12%、膨润土3%、减水剂0.5%、粉煤灰9.5%为静态破碎剂最佳配比;最佳水灰比为0.35;CaO对破碎剂膨胀压的影响最大,胀裂裂缝沿试件的弱面发育,破碎效果良好。

Composition and performance of static cracking agent in coal and rock fracturing

Abstract:According to the difficulty of explosive blasting in many high gas areas of coal mining,a new method of static cracking of coal and rock is put forward.In order to determine the reasonable parameters of the static cracking agent and get the ideal fragment effect,the static cracking agent composition and its properties were studied.The best ratio of cracking agent was acquired by using orthogonal experiment.The appropriate water cement ratio was determined hydration reaction temperature experiment.The performance of cracking agent was tested by using coal and concrete rock fracturing experiment.The results showed that CaO had a major impact on the expansion pressure.The crushing agent optimum ratio was CaO 70%,gypsum5%,cement 12%,bentonite 3%,water reducer 0.5% and flyash 9.5%.The optimum water cement ratio was 0.35.The splitting cracks developed along the weak plane of test specimen and rock crushing effect was good.
