硫化矿预防炸药自爆技术的改进及应用

摘    要:以几个硫化矿炸药自爆问题的现场试验研究为基础 ,分析了炸药自爆的危害性及其原因 ,提出了炸药自爆的简化判据以及简便实用准确的检测方法。基于这种判据和方法 ,采取了“分区治理”的防止炸药自爆措施。本研究成果的应用不仅可取得巨大的社会效益和经济效益 ,而且对硫化矿炸药自爆理论及预防措施深入研究 ,也具有一定的指导意义。

METHOD OF MISFIRE IDENTIFICATION BY MONITORING VIBRATION OF THE BLASTING WITH DIGITAL ELECTRONIC DETONATOR
Abstract:The causes and hazards of misfire were analyzed in the blasting engineering.Replacing conventional ignition detonator by Lux No.1 digital electronic detonator was put forward.A new method for misfire identification was proposed through combining quantitative calculation characteristic of delay time of digital electronic detonator with waveform analysis of blasting vibration.The results of blasting test and practical engineering application show that the method is more accurate,feasible and easy to be achieved.
