电厂烟囱及主厂房控制爆破拆除

摘    要:介绍了电厂100m高钢筋混凝土烟囱和50m高厂房定向倒塌爆破拆除技术。针对烟囱和厂房高度、周围环境及结构特点,对爆破方案进行了精心设计;经过计算,选取了合理的爆破切口和爆破参数;采用延时控制爆破技术,同时对烟囱和厂房进行了爆破拆除。通过安全校核及安全防护措施,确保了附近建(构)筑物的安全

CONTROLLED CHAMBER BLASTING WITH MULTI-ROW CHARGES UNDER CONDITIONS OF GENTLE SLOPE AND THIN ROCK LAYER

Abstract:Under conditions of gentle slope and thin rock layer, the controlled chamber blasting with single tier, multi row and concentrated charges was used to provide qualified rock blocks for construction of a dike dam, thus ensuring in time completion of flood control works. In this paper, the charge calculation, the selection of blasting parameters, charged chamber arrangement, charging and stemming, initiation network, and others on the chamber blasting were discussed.
