延中高架第一炮──复杂环境中的五层框架楼房爆破拆除

摘    要:在交通繁忙、环境复杂的延安路上爆破拆除了21.5m高的五层钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房。针对要重点保护的3.5m处的高压电杆、6m处的变电站和7m处的高层建筑,采用了叠合式原地塌落、逐层解体的方式控爆拆除,获得了圆满成功。本文介绍了叠合式原地塌落方式的构想、设计、安全技术措施及爆破效果分析,阐述了特别复杂环境中多层框架结构控爆拆除的成功经验。

DIRECTIONAL BLASTING TECHNIQUE FOR THE BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED ON SIDESTEP LANDFORM

Abstract:Two 6-storeyed frame buildings are constructed on a sidestep landform.A height difference of 6 meters exists between the fore and post pillars.Because of limited environmental conditions,the buildings have to collapse to an unfavorable direction.Through raising the position of blasting cut,blasting firstly the structure above the cut and finally blasting the structure under the cut,the directional blasting to the buildings was smoothly realized in special landform.Besides,the design of blasting parameters and reasonable firing sequence,technological measures for ensuring building collapsing and preventing flying rocks,the check of blasting vibration velocity were presented in this paper.
