采用控制爆破技术拆除某桥墩部分钢筋混凝土

摘    要:介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除桥墩部分不合格钢筋混凝土的方法。在预留部分打一排导向孔,对爆破冲击波起到隔离、衰减的作用。在爆破拆除不合格的钢筋混凝土的过程中,保证了桥墩预留部分的混凝土不受破坏,此经验可为类似工程参考。

STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF BLASTING VIBRATION FROM EXCAVATION OF A NEW TUNNEL ON EXISTED TUNNEL
Abstract:Based on the principle of finite-element method,the influence of blasting vibration from excavation of a new tunnel on close-in existed tunnel is studied by use of the ANSYS program.The vibrations of existed tunnels in different country rocks are analyzed at different spacing distances of tunnels.The results of study and analysis show that:(a)the sidewall of the existed tunnel in the face of blasting has a maximum vibration velocity;(b)the solider country rock is,the lower vibration velocity;(c)the vibration velocity of tunnel's lining will exceed the permitted vibration velocity if the spacing distance is less than one-fold of tunnel diameter;(d)the relation between vibration velocity of country rock and the distance to an explosion source is nonlinear.
