| 摘 要： | 根据国内外爆破拆除冷却塔的经验,对一座高62m的冷却塔采取了简化的爆破切口,切口高度仅为4.6m,而且只取在人字支柱上,仅用240个炮孔、9.6kg的炸药就成功快速地爆破拆除了冷却塔,减少了炮孔数量、炸药量和施工工期。在不影响安全的前提下,对冷却塔的内部顶柱、11对人字支柱等结构进行了预拆除,以保证冷却塔的顺利倒塌和形成良好的破碎块度。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristics of foundation plate controlled blasting is analyzed. According to the engineering practice, the ways determining the blasting parameter calculation of the foundation plate controlled blasting are given. The reasonability of blasthole pattern and the correctness of construction methods are emphasized. The importance of protection problem is expounded. Finally, it proved the above-mentioned with practical blasting engineering example. |
