特种合金软接触电磁近终成形技术的基础研究

摘    要:以低熔点金属锡作为特种合金液模拟工质 ,对高频磁场作用下模壳内合金液的弯月面形态进行热模拟研究 ,测定了弯月面高度及软接触高度 ,掌握了电源功率、感应线圈参数和磁化套参数对弯月面形态的影响效果。研究表明 :电源功率、线圈高度和工作位置及磁化套高度和工作位置将影响弯月面形态及稳定性 ,影响合金液与模壳的软接触 ,是影响软接触成形过程稳定性的重要参数。

Abstract:The thermal physical simulation of meniscus conformation of molten special alloys in a mold is studied. The low-melting-point metal Sn is used as the simulated media of molten special alloys,and the high frequency magnetic field is added for the purpose of soft contacting.The hights of meniscus and soft contact are obtained.The conformation of meniscus and effects of some factors such as the coil hights, the coil locations, the susceptor hights and the susceptor locations on the meniscus conformation, are investigated.The experimental results indicate that soft contact of molten special alloys and mold can be attained under high frequency field.Furthermore, in the soft contact electromagnetic confinement process, the hight and location of coil and susceptor are important to retain soft contact confinement,because the conformation and stabilization of alloy meniscus and the soft contact hight of molten special alloy and mold are influenced greatly by these different processing parameters of coil and susceptor.
