熔融指数对聚丙烯熔体流动性及纤维强度的影响

摘    要:研究了不同熔融指数的聚丙烯熔体的表观粘度对温度、切应力的依赖关系以及切应力与切变速率的关系,研究比较了相应聚丙烯纤维的拉伸强度.结果表明:熔融指数对聚丙烯熔体流动性具有显著影响;在相同的纺丝、牵伸条件下,用熔融指数较低的聚丙烯(相对分子量较高)制得的纤维强度较高.

Abstract:Discussed the dependence relation of apparent viscosity of polypropylene with different melt index on temperature and shear stress, investigated the correlation of shear stress and shear rate and compared the tensile-strength of polypropylene fiber. The results showed that the melt index had significant effect on polypropylene melt. At the same condition such as spinning and drawing, the high-tenacity fiber could be obtained by using lower melt index polypropylene.
