除尘器中箱体压型板结构受力分析

摘    要:利用有限元程序ANSYS对不同形式的除尘器中箱体压型板进行静态有限元分析,在此基础上对有蒙皮支承的除尘器中箱体结构进行整体对比分析。结果表明:不同形式的压型板受力性能有较大差异,当考虑蒙皮效应时,除尘器中箱体结构压型板的内力、应力及变形均有很大的不同。波纹深度在80mm左右,凸缘宽度和凹槽宽度的比值(凸凹比)在0·7左右时,结构受力是最合理的。

Abstract:By finite-element software ANSYS , finite element analysis under static loading is presented to the profiled sheet with different form of middle flask for deduster. On the basis of former analysis, further analysis of global comparison considering stressed skin effect of middle flask structure for deduster is conducted.
