| 摘 要： | 随着世界各军事强国对天基信息网的开发、建设,未来战争中,卫星信息将是信息战的主要对象.通过分析导航定位卫星的信息支援任务集合,建立了相应的效能评价指标体系;采用定性与定量相结合的方式研究效能评估方法.并给出了具有实际意义的效能评估方法.

| Abstract: | With space|based information net developed and built in military advanced country, satellite information will be the basic of information warfare. In this paper, an information supporting operational task set of navigation and position satellite is analyzed. A criterion hierarchy of evaluating effectiveness is built, and a practical method of effectiveness evaluation which is a quantitative method based on quality is given. |
