层状装配系统的自动装配规划研究

摘    要:对计算机自动装配规划进行了研究,从最底层零件间的优先关系矩阵出发,研究了串联、并联子装配体的识别和检验算法、高层装配体间的优先关系收缩矩阵算法以及装配系列的自动生成算法。通过算法在汽车车身后地板装配实例中的应用,对算法的有效性和实用性进行了验证。研究的算法可自动实现层状装配系统的计算机自动规划,可广泛应用于汽车、机器人及其他各种多零件机械体的装配顺序规划。

Abstract:Profound research was conducted on the issue of computerized automatic assembly planning.Based on the precedence matrix among parts in the lowest level,algorithms to detect and verify the serial sub-assembly as well as parallel sub-assembly were developed.Moreover,algorithms to identify contracted precedence matrix among higher components and automated sequencing all parts were investigated.Besides,validity and practicability of the above algorithms in the form of STEP-BY-STEP were verified through a rear floor example in practical automobile assembly.The algorithms developed in this study can perform the assembly planning automatically and can be applied widely to the assembly planning of automobile,robot and other mechanical assembly with excessive parts.
